At Bag Crush, all custom orders are nonrefundable due to their personalized nature. However, if
you're not satisfied, you can:
1. **Exchange:** Swap your custom bag for another of equal value.
2. **Remake:** Have your bag remade to better meet your preferences.
Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or remake.
